Nasdaq Product Analyst interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Positive

Philadelphia, PAPosted Mar 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I made it to the final stage of the interview process and the conversation itself felt easy.

Even though it was a simpler interview, I ultimately declined the offer because the offer didn’t match what I was looking for. The pay was too low for me to justify it, and the hours sounded too high, so it didn’t seem worth the tradeoff.

I did genuinely enjoy the people I met, and the company felt like it had a lot to offer in general. But I passed because the practical details—compensation and schedule—didn’t line up with my needs. Looking back, it was one of those situations where the fit with the team was positive, but the day-to-day realities weren’t.
