SydneyPosted May 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first round was a behavioral-style panel interview with two interviewers.

The questions were job-related and it stayed pretty relaxed the whole time. I didn’t run into anything overly technical, and the atmosphere felt more like a conversation than an interrogation.

The interviewers were polite and pleasant, and I remember feeling comfortable as I talked through my experiences. It wasn’t the kind of setup where I had to prove things under time pressure or with complicated problem-solving.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience itself was easy to manage—mostly because it was so much more about fit and communication than hard technical depth.
