Philadelphia, PAPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I expected the interview to focus on my experience based on what I’d been told, but the reality was a fast pace of LeetCode-style questions.

The interviewer didn’t even introduce themself properly, and the session felt oddly mechanical from the start.

Midway through, the interviewer left without explanation, and I remember being told not to describe my thought process—just paste code. It felt like the format didn’t match what I’d been led to anticipate, so the whole experience came off as impersonal and disorganized.

I didn’t get an offer. Honestly, walking in prepared for a meaningful technical discussion and then getting a format that limited how I could explain myself was what made it frustrating.
