I applied through the OSSI solar page and heard back from a recruiter about a week later.

I had a forty-five-minute phone interview with the recruiter, and the conversation was mostly about the details of the potential internship position.

It didn’t feel like they were trying to catch me off guard with tricky technical questions. Instead, it was more of a structured overview of what the role involved. I ended up receiving an offer, and the whole thing felt efficient and direct compared to longer multi-round interview processes.
