I started with what was supposed to be a clean sequence: first a short HR call, then about a week later a technical assessment and follow-on interviews, finishing with another HR round.

In total, it still felt like I spent nearly a full week going through the loop, and I was expecting the feedback to connect clearly to how I’d presented myself.

The first technical interview felt off—less like a real conversation and more like the interviewer was disengaged and not really tracking what I was saying. The second technical round went better and felt more structured, but eventually I received a rejection because my experience apparently didn’t match the role. That part left me confused, because it made the whole shortlisting feel inconsistent with the final reason.
