Nagarro Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Negative

IndiaPosted Jan 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a really negative experience from the way the technical conversation was conducted.

The interviewer came across as rude and didn’t maintain basic interview etiquette. On top of that, it felt like they lacked proper knowledge and were leaning on bookish answers rather than engaging in a real technical discussion.

I walked in expecting a fair assessment, but instead it felt like the interaction wasn’t respectful and the questions didn’t reflect someone who truly knew the material well. It wasn’t worth the time investment for me.

I didn’t get an offer, and the main reflection I have is that the tone and competence issues overshadowed everything else about the process.
