I went through a recruiter contact that led into a fairly direct set of technical conversations.

The sequence had four technical rounds overall, with one round involving the CTO and another with the hiring manager. Negotiating salary ended up being straightforward, and the compensation offered felt decent.

The vibe of the overall process surprised me in a good way—despite the seriousness of the technical parts, the overall experience felt well organized and pleasant. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I remember walking away thinking the process itself was genuinely nicer than what I’d expected.
