I found the whole thing surprisingly quick compared to other processes I’d been through, and I appreciated how well the company kept me informed.

The interviews were also described as taking place over a shorter time period, and it included what they called an assessment center that felt genuinely interesting.

The difficulty level was difficult, but it didn’t come across as chaotic; it felt more like a compressed set of steps where they still wanted to see a lot. I had conversations that were engaging and informative, and overall the experience was positive.

I ended up with an offer. Looking back, what I’m most grateful for is how clear the process felt—quick and well communicated—while still being meaningful enough to convince me it
