London, EnglandPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My final-stage interview was a bit of a commitment: I traveled from another city to make it to a London office appointment at 9:00 in the morning and went through the directors’ interviews.

The day itself was already stressful because of the travel, so I was hoping the next steps would be quick.

After the interview, I kept following up for more than three months and still didn’t get any response at all, even after weekly emails. There wasn’t any outcome communicated, no feedback, nothing to close the loop.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and honestly I was disappointed enough that it raised concerns about how seriously they treat candidate responsibility and the overall candidate experience. Spending time preparing for a long process only to be left without any response felt
