MUFG Business Analyst interview experience

I spent time talking with a regional manager and her team, and the goal felt like they were checking whether they personally liked me, which made it feel more informal than a traditional interview.

That changed later when I learned it would actually be a more formal interview with fewer people asking questions. It was a bit of a curveball in how the process was framed, but the conversations themselves didn’t feel hostile. Even with that shift, it didn’t end in an offer for me, and overall it left me with mixed feelings about how the evaluation was structured.
