I went through two in-person rounds before the pandemic period.

The first meeting was with VPs from the department and HR, and the second was with a director plus HR.

The overall feel was more formal and structured than casual. Without a lot of extra detail shared about the exact question list, the clear pattern was that I was evaluated in a team setting with leadership at each stage, and HR was present both times. It ended up being a difficult process for me, and ultimately I didn’t receive an offer.
