MUFG Business Analyst interview experience

Both interactions were fairly positive, and the division manager came across as especially nice with a good interview presence.

Because the company is Japanese, language came up as a potential advantage. They noted that speaking or writing Japanese would be a plus, which stood out since it hinted at cultural fit and communication expectations beyond the usual job talk. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the interpersonal tone from the managers was still friendly.
