MUFG Business Analyst interview experience

Each interview slot felt like a focused 30 to 45 minutes, and the discussion largely centered on my resume plus situational questions that tied back to how I’d handle different work scenarios.

Scheduling and delivery were handled in advance by HR, and everything was done online for my rounds. The whole approach felt transparent—there weren’t lots of surprise pivots or mystery stages.

I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, I left feeling like the process was relatively clear and consistent, and that helped soften the uncertainty around not hearing back with a positive decision.
