I started with a phone call and a questionnaire, and the questions were very basic—mostly STAR-style and checking relocation needs.

After that, I took part in an online assessment and then a Teams call.

What made the experience stand out was how poorly things ended. I gave a specific starting date for February, and after that date passed I was effectively ghosted. There wasn’t a clear rejection or closure—just silence.

It left me with a bad taste because the front end was simple and I felt like I was progressing, but the follow-through was nonexistent. No offer came out of it, and the lack of communication was the biggest issue.
