I got pulled into the process through a job fair and had a great conversation with the interviewer.

After a short back-and-forth, I was sent a code challenge, and then I received another call with more instructions about how things would run. That guided me through a HackerRank-style challenge, and once I finished I got a call confirming I passed. The last step was a call from a technical director, which was a more senior touch compared to earlier stages. The whole sequence felt like it moved along quickly after the initial conversation, and the technical director call was the point where things escalated.
