My interview experience started with basic background discussion and then quickly ran into frustrating delays.

After I gave the answers they asked for, I ended up getting ghosted for about two weeks.

When I finally heard back, it wasn’t through a conversation—it was an email with another step. The first follow-up assessment was very easy, then there was a second one that was noticeably harder, and after that I was left waiting again.

The technical work itself wasn’t the issue; the unpredictability of communication made everything feel unsettled. I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest takeaway was how much the process’s silence outweighed the actual evaluation.
