mthree Software Engineer interview experience

I started with a round that included aptitude-style and coding tasks, followed by a soft-skills focused interview. The experience came across as friendly and supportive, and it made the whole thing feel less stressful than I’d expected.

My process also had a time-boxed element. One of the assessments came with a specific time limit and clear instructions on how to proceed, which helped me stay focused instead of guessing what they wanted. After that, I had a more conventional screen where the conversation centered on my interests and how the training would fit into what I wanted to do next.
