I went through a quick, fairly comfortable flow that started with resume shortlisting and then shifted into interviews once I was picked.

After that, I had a technical interview followed by an HR round.

What made the HR part feel different was that it included a salary negotiation discussion, not just generic screening. I stayed engaged through both stages and, overall, it felt like each step moved me toward the next without unnecessary delays.

Eventually I was selected for the role and ended up accepting the letter. My main reflection was that the process felt smooth and predictable, and that the expectations were communicated through the stages rather than appearing suddenly at the end.
