I went through multiple communication-focused rounds where timing and follow-up were a big factor, and it left me waiting longer than expected.

Telephonic screen — I had an initial phone conversation, then moved to a subsequent Zoom round about a week later.
Zoom / communication round — I continued discussing fit and role expectations, with an impression that HR would follow up quickly.
On the back end (process checkpoints) — The overall process also included communication-language testing and a technical round (primarily networking), plus HR steps and documentation verification. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer (or did not get a response); the takeaway is to expect delays unless HR reaches out promptly.
