Movate Customer Success Engineer interview experience

First, HR called to confirm the schedule, and then a technical HR discussion happened about an hour later with a few questions.

The whole process took around a week after I received the email, and what stood out to me was how location-specific the hiring was. They were hiring people only for a nearer location, and the job was office-based rather than work-from-home.

It felt easy overall—more like an efficient screening than a high-pressure interview. My main reflection afterward was that the process was simple, but the practical constraints like location were part of the decision early on.
