I kicked things off with an HR call where they went over background details and got a feel for my resume.

After that, I had a technical phone round, and then I moved to an onsite interview. The onsite part was the most hands-on for me: they walked me through troubleshooting-style questions around network fundamentals, and I also got tested on RMA, ARP, IPsec, and network security topics.

Overall the flow felt structured but not overly long, and the mix of security and troubleshooting kept me on my toes. I left with the sense that they were checking whether I could reason through networking issues rather than just recite definitions.
