My biggest frustration wasn’t difficulty—it was how long the wait took.

From when I applied online, it took about five months just to get a reply. Once they said they were moving forward, it took another roughly 30 days before I heard anything again from them.

When the interview finally happened, it wasn’t difficult, and the questions didn’t feel challenging overall. The long timeline made the process feel dragging and disconnected from urgency, but the actual technical evaluation was manageable.

I didn’t get an offer, but the eventual questions didn’t feel like they were the reason. The delay was what dominated my memory: waiting a long time for an interview
