Mosaic North America Account Executive interview experience

I first ran into issues right away with recruiter coordination.

I was given the wrong spelling of who I was interviewing with, and I wasn’t provided enough context about what the interview was for or who it was actually with. After I followed up by email, I received a generic message back that basically said they had no position for me.

The tone of that response felt impersonal and dismissive, and it made the whole thing feel like I’d been set up to fail before the interview ever really began. There was no offer, and the biggest thing I remember was how abruptly and poorly the process communicated.
