I went through a fairly standard, skills-focused Research Analyst process over about a month, with interview steps mixing HR, team leaders, and managerial check-ins.

Online application + test — I completed an online assessment before moving on to live interviews.
Team lead / manager technical round — I had a technical conversation with a team lead and then a manager, and it didn’t feel overly difficult.
HR behavioral round — I then did a behavioral-style interview focused on fit and communication.
(Similar variant) Multi-round including writing/online skills + manager + HR — I saw the same pattern of an initial assessment, then technical/role-relevant interview(s), followed by a managerial stage and a final HR step.
