Irvine, CAPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied and then started with a screening step where I recorded myself answering prompted questions.

After that, I moved to a second interview that mixed personality-style questions with logic-based questions.

The overall vibe wasn’t about digging into very technical material; it was more about how I thought and how I came across in a structured format. The recorded screen compressed things into a short evaluation, and the next interview felt like it was checking both mindset and reasoning.

I didn’t get an offer, and the reflection I’m left with is that the process measured more than knowledge—it tested clarity and cognitive style in ways that weren’t obvious from the application stage.
