After the initial screening step, I had a first-round Zoom call with an analyst on the banking side.

The questions were pretty core: a mix of motivational prompts and behavioural questions, and it felt like the goal was to understand where I came from and what I was genuinely aiming for. The conversation also had follow-ups when I gave an answer that deserved more depth.

From there, the path moved into a superday on Zoom. On that day, the discussions were mostly behavioural and focused on the company and how I viewed the role. It took a little time to hear back overall, but I felt like the recruiters communicated more than I expected, which helped me not spiral while waiting.
