I was brought in for final-round interviews after earlier steps, and the setup felt straightforward.

I met with recruiters and the bulk of the questions were behavioral, with the technical part staying high level and rooted in basic understanding of data structures.

There wasn’t an OA in my path, and overall the tone wasn’t hostile or overly stressful. I walked out feeling like I’d been evaluated fairly on how I communicated and whether my fundamentals were solid. I ended up receiving an offer, and the biggest takeaway was how cleanly the interview stages matched what they said they were looking for.
