After an HR screen, I was pulled into an assessment-style experience with other candidates.

That stage included tests plus a short interview where I had to explain my motivation for joining, talk through my career path, and connect my technical knowledge to the role.

Then I had more technical screens that were still professional but felt genuinely challenging. One interview was a phone conversation with two team members where the first part was more general questions, and the next part leaned into a brain-teaser style question. I found that part tough, mostly because it pushed beyond straightforward explanations and required sharper thinking under time pressure.
