My screening started with HR, then moved to a hard-skills interview and a coding segment.

The coding part used a tool that conflicted with my browser extensions, which meant autocomplete didn’t work for me.

Even though that was annoying, the interviewers still helped when the setup was clearly working against me, and they stayed supportive rather than punitive. The overall format still tested whether I could code without relying on editor assistance.

It was an average difficulty experience, and while I didn’t get an offer, I appreciated that the team handled the tooling issue with more patience than frustration.
