I interviewed for Software Engineer with recruiter-led coordination and remote video interviews, and the experience was driven more by process and scheduling than by trick questions.

Recruiter setup + remote interviews — After external and internal recruiter touches, I did a long day of remote video sessions with a panel.
COVID-era scheduling via Skype — In another similar journey, a recruiter kept me informed and used Skype for interviews during COVID.
Limited detail on questions — The described emphasis was on smooth coordination and communication rather than specifics of technical problem-solving. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that responsive recruiting helped, but the content still had to align strongly with needs.
