Moody's Software Engineer interview experience

BengaluruPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied through the website and uploaded my resume.

After about a month, interviews were scheduled—two technical rounds, plus one HR round.

Even after the interviews and verification, the process didn’t move quickly. I only got to the stage where they shared an offer letter after that point, and the whole experience ended up taking more than three months.

I didn’t get an offer. What I remember most clearly was the long duration—over time—where the steps didn’t feel like they were converging quickly enough.
