The process started with a phone screening and then moved into what felt like a superday.

There were three interviews during the superday, and two of them were technical whiteboarding sessions; the third was behavioral.

Everything felt very easy-going. Even though there was coding and whiteboarding, the tone of the interviews made them feel approachable, and the questions weren’t aggressive or overly intimidating.

I didn’t get an offer, but I walked away feeling like I was at least treated in a calm, conversational way. The main impression I had was that the interviewers were comfortable to talk to, which made the process feel less stressful than most.
