My process started with a telephone interview where the conversation was mostly general—focused on how I communicated and how I responded.

After that came an HR interview that was more about fit from a character and behavioral angle, so it wasn’t just assessing skills; it was about how I came across and whether I seemed like a match for the organization.

Then there was an analytical test that took the stress up a notch. After completing that, I had an interview with a VP. Overall it felt difficult from start to finish, and the number of steps made it feel like a thorough assessment rather than a quick screening.
