My journey began with an Excel test.

I got through it and then moved into the first interview, which felt much more like a conversation than a strict Q&A. We talked about my experience and I walked through why I was interested in the company and why I wanted to make a move.

There was also a separate call scheduled the following week, and I remember the interviewer reading from a script and not seeming to have much real knowledge of the topic. The interview itself still centered on fit and my background, but that lack of depth in how it was run made the overall experience feel slightly off. The process didn’t end with an offer.
