Moody's Software Engineer interview experience

Two employees ran the session, so it had that back-and-forth feel, but with a focus on evaluating both how I think on the fly and how I handle situations.

It was a little difficult overall, and it also felt very detailed-oriented. I wasn’t just working through one coding problem—the process asked for a range of thinking styles.

I didn’t get the offer. What I remember most was the intensity of the whiteboarding plus the scenario questions, which made it feel like they were assessing more than just correctness.
