I had a friendly, easygoing HR recruiter conversation that felt like it started the process with a real back-and-forth.

The recruiter did the typical initial screening and answered questions about the role and its context, and I felt supported in the way they kept me aligned.

After that, I waited a couple of weeks for the decision. When I finally heard back, it was negative. Even though the outcome wasn’t what I wanted, the recruiter communication and the way they kept me in the loop made it feel more respectful than a lot of processes I’d experienced.
