The process felt very one-directional.

I didn’t really get a conversation so much as I watched someone work through a set of questions with no follow-ups based on my answers. When I was expecting dialogue that could show understanding and nuance, it never really came.

There also wasn’t any feedback along the way, which I expected to some extent, but the recruiter scheduling communication was unusually slow. Overall it felt like the process was more about ticking through steps than engaging with me as a person or candidate.
