I went through a process that started off promising, but communication and attendance problems dragged it down.

The recruiter was proactive and communicative around scheduling, and I had a hiring manager conversation that went well after an initial no-show for the first Zoom meeting. Later, a technical interviewer also didn’t show up for their first slot and had to be rescheduled.
