My process started with a recruiter discussion to line up my background and talk through the role at a high level.

Then I had a conversational interview with the hiring manager, which helped set context for what they wanted from the customer success side. After that, I went into a peer interview that included a short case study.

The last step was a panel presentation where I presented a deck and also demoed MongoDB Atlas. I found it to be a fairly direct “role-adjacent” sequence—less about abstract trivia and more about how I’d explain value and walk through the product. The round was demanding, but it felt tightly aligned with what the job actually asks for.
