Moengage Software Engineer interview experience

The first two rounds were okay—there was a mix of traditional DS/Algo and system design—but the third round with the hiring manager didn’t feel engaged or structured.

After that, the process expanded into two more rounds for another team, with their own hiring manager and lead. Those design rounds felt vague and unstructured, and the overall flow came across as terrible. By the end, it was hard to feel confident that the evaluation was consistent.
