Mobile Programming Software Engineer interview experience

On the day of the interview, I received an email saying I wasn’t shortlisted. That instant shift felt like a direct waste of time because, in the days leading up to it, I’d stopped pursuing other opportunities based on their confidence.

The interview itself never really happened for me, but the damage came from how the HR process was run—confidence on one side, rejection on the other with little clarity.

I didn’t get an offer, and my final feeling was that I shouldn’t have relied on their communication at all.
