MITRE Software Engineer interview experience

The conversations were friendly and people were eager to explain what they worked on and how their part of the organization operated.

The overall feel was welcoming rather than intense, and I left with the sense that the environment was collaborative. I received an offer, and the thing I appreciated most was how naturally the engineers spoke about their work.
