Burlington, MAPosted Nov 2009 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a phone screen, then had a brief one-on-one at my school’s career office.

A couple of weeks later, I went on-site for three separate one-on-one interviews with my potential supervisor and others in the department. The format felt free-form—there weren’t many sharply penetrating questions. Instead, they mostly wanted details about my previous job experience and school background, along with discussion about the role itself.

After that, I met with an HR person where we talked mostly about company infrastructure topics. The whole experience felt like it could be a great place for the right person, but I didn’t end up feeling like the role and I were a strong match.
