I went through the Mistral pool campus drive, and the whole thing took about two days.

Day one started with general and technical aptitude, and I remember getting shortlisted after that. The same day also included a written programming round.

On day two, the interviews moved quickly from a technical HR discussion to a more general HR conversation, and then there was a CTO round. Most of the technical questions pulled directly from what I had been asked in the written programming round the day before. Overall it felt structured and fairly smooth, and the process didn’t drag, which helped me stay focused.
