After a first welcome-style recruiter call, my process moved into a structured job-description review and then a short screening that focused on whether I met the minimum requirements.

The recruiter conversation covered fairly straightforward logistics and fit questions—how my application aligned with the role, what experience I had that mattered, the compensation I was looking for, and when I could start.

I then went into the more personal pieces: why I wanted to leave my current job and how I preferred to be managed. Overall the interview felt pretty average in difficulty—more about understanding my background and preferences than getting deep into technical depth.
