PunePosted Mar 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interviews followed a structured set of rounds that felt like a mix of design, problem solving, coding, domain depth, and leadership.

I started with a design round conducted as a full sync online/offline exercise, and then I moved into DS and basics.

The next stage was a coding task where I had to create a cards game, with the idea that strategies would be configured and added later. After that, there was a domain-specific round, and then it culminated in a leadership round with the CTO. The overall process was challenging and took enough effort to go through all the different dimensions, but I didn’t receive an offer.
