Milwaukee, WIPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a process that felt long and tedious, mostly across multiple screenings before I finally reached an in-person step.

It was three phone screenings followed by an in-person interview, and there was a guided moment where they showed me what kind of tools I’d be working with.

The in-person portion included basic questions tied to embedded development. Even though the total timeline stretched out and the structure felt drawn out, I walked away feeling like it was still genuinely about understanding the role rather than just collecting interview stamps.
