I went through a phone call first, then a very rapid stretch of interviews over three days.

During that window, I had a motivation interview on one day, a round with computer tests the next, and a final conversation where we discussed what would fit best with the needs of the role.

The whole journey felt intense because it was compressed into a short timeframe, but it didn’t drag out. I walked away with the sense that they were trying to evaluate both how I thought and how I could handle structured prompts quickly, not just my background.
