I went through three one-on-one interviews with managers and people responsible for different agencies.

The scheduling was very paced: I met someone about once a week, and the interviews stacked in that rhythm. The process overall felt reactive and well-managed on their side, at least in terms of follow-through.

What stood out to me was the variety of perspectives—each manager essentially gave a different view of what the role could look like, so it didn’t feel like I was repeating the exact same conversation. I left the sequence feeling like the company was actively moving things forward rather than letting it drag.
