I went through a clean, fast sequence.

It started with a telephone interview, and then I had rounds on video or in person with the next level up. The meetings with the more senior stakeholders had a consistent pattern: they focused on how I thought and how I’d handle client-facing expectations.

The standout part was the PMO case study, generally tied to the domain of the future client. That case was the real evaluation moment—structured enough that I could tell they were looking for specific problem-solving rather than just general storytelling. After that, the process included another round with someone even more senior.
